摘要
促进人的全面发展是马克思主义关于建设社会主义新社会的本质要求,江泽民同志"七一"讲话这一纲领性文献的发表使新世纪我国全面建设小康社会和努力实现人的全面发展统一起来。全面建设小康社会与人的全面发展互为前提和因果关系,如何促进二者协调统一发展是我国今后发展的主题。
In building a new socialism society, all-round development of human being serves as the essential demand of Marxism. The publishment of President Jiang Zeming's talk on 1st July unifies the overall construction of a well-to-do society and all-round development of human being. The both sides are mutual reasons and prerequisites. How to gain unified and coordinated development is the subject of future development of China.
