摘要
采用文献资料法、调查法、实验法、数理统计法,对大型竞赛活动无形资产商务运作的方式进行研究,提出机构和定位、策划和实施、监督及反馈的内容和模式,提出可借鉴的经验。研究结论:在大型竞赛活动中,通过对无形资产商务运作的方法筹集资金是必要和可行的;大型竞赛活动无形资产的开发和商务运作应符合法律、法规,按照"政府管理、顺应市场、商务运作"的原则进行;大型竞赛活动的商务运作既要符合市场经济规律,又要符合竞赛规程的规定。既要注重资源的有效开发,又要注重科学管理,还要注重资源开发的时效性,认识无形资产资源价值相对不确定性;要树立共同开发、大家赢利的观念,使各方利益合理体现,使目标与利益成为合作各方之间的纽带。要认真履行各项回报。用经济工作的方法去管理经济工作;在我国大型竞赛活动中需要引进和合理地使用各类专业人才,产生"整合"效益。
Commercial operation of the intangible assets of large - scale sports events, such as its planning, marketing, money raising and supervising were discussed with example of the successfully organized Ninth National Games. Methods of documents study, investigation, experiment and mathematical statistics were used. The conclusions were that 1. it is necessary and feasible to raise money through commercial operation of the intangible assets of large - scale sports events; 2. the commercial operation should abide by laws and regulations concerned; 3. the operation should follow both the principles of market economy and the rules of sports; 4. holding a belief of 'all-tapping and all-winning' by benefiting a tie between all parts joined; and 5. introducing and bring full play of different professional experts to meet a unified effects of large sports events.
