摘要
针对目前高校体育课教学模式存在违背教育心理学规律及不利于素质教育的问题，以文献资料法对其分析探讨，试图引起高校体育教师的重视，革新教育观以突破传统授课模式，改进高校教学模式推进素质教育。
With regard to the practice, which goes against the educational and psychological laws and quality-oriented education, in the current PE teaching mode at universities or colleges, this paper attempts, by analyzing it with document research, to call teachers’ attention to it and renovate their notions for education so that they can break through the traditional teaching mode and improve the present teaching mode to advance quality-oriented education.
