摘要
本文提出了通过降低乳水界面张力来改善乳液分散的新途径,在一定程度上克服了依靠提高机械搅拌速度,来改善乳液分散效果时引起的乳液稳定性降低这一不良影响。研制了一种命名为LA的助表面活性剂,将其用于液膜体系可有效地降低乳水界面张力,极大地改善乳液的分散,提高液膜的稳定性,在液膜除酚试验中获得了良好的效果。
In this paper, a new method is proposed to improve the dispersion of emulsion by lowering the interfacial tension of emulsion/water, which can offset the adverse effect of decreasing the stability of emulsion caused by increasing the agitation speed to promote the dispersion of emulsion. Moreover, a cosurfactant named LA has been developed, and when applied to liquid membrane system, it can effcicently decrease the interfacial tension of emulsion/water, dramatically improve the dispersion of emulsion and increase the stability of liquid membrane. In the experiment of phenol removal by liquid membrane containing LA, a very good result has been achieved.
