摘要
目的 合成巴柳氮二钠并改进工艺。方法 以对硝基苯甲酰氯为起始原料 ,经缩合、还原、重氮化、偶合、成盐等反应制得巴柳氮二钠。结果 所得产物经元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱及质谱等确证了结构。结论 合成路线可行。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize balsalazide disodium and optimize the process.METHODS Balsalazide disodium was synthesized by reactions of condensation , reduction, diazotization , coupling and salification from 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride. RESULTS Chemical structure of Balsalazide disodium was confirmed by element analysis, UV ,IR , 1HNMR and ESI-MS etc. CONCLUSION This synthetic method is feasible.
