摘要
目的 探索原因不明的上臂桡神经卡压的病因和诊治方法 ,以提高对此类疾病的认识和诊治水平。方法 对 1996 - 2 0 0 3年收治的 7例不明原因的上臂桡神经卡压病例进行分析 ,病程 1个月 - 1年 ,平均年龄 35岁(18- 5 2岁 ) ,均采用显微外科治疗 ,切除病变神经后行端端吻合术。术后病理发现切除的神经外膜周围有较多炎性细胞聚集。结果 术后随访 6个月 - 4年 ,6例受损肌肌力恢复 4级以上 ,只有 1例效果不佳。结论 不明原因的上臂桡神经卡压并不常见 ,其病因可能与神经外膜的局部炎症反应有关 。
Purpose: To investigate the cause factors of unspecific radial nerve compression in upper arm and its management. Methods: Seven patients wiht unspecific causes of radial nerve entrapment at upper arm that found from 1996-2003 were involved in this study; their ages range from 18 to 52, with an average of 35. The patients found any uncomfortable in their upper extremities with duration 1 month to 1 year. In all cases, the radial nerve were reanastomoses after the involved site were resected. Microhistological examination from resected specimens showed inflammatory process around the nerve. Results: With the length of follow-up ranged from 6 months to 4 years, we found 6 patients showed the motoric were recovered to M4, and the other one case was unsatisfied. Conclusions: The unspecific caused radial nerve entrapment in upper arm is still rare and the inflammation of nerve sheath may be the causes of these cases. Management with reanastomosis after resected pathogenetic part of showed a good result.
