摘要
针对目前铁路施工点多量大,人工管理手段落后等情况,分析了开发施工方案计算机编制系统和施工调度信息管理系统的必要性和可行性,并对系统设计目标、功能和结构等进行了论述,通过施工调度管理信息系统的研制试用,初步达到了预期的效果。
Regarding the current status of railway construction that is always ofhuge workload, dispersed job sites and lagging labor management, this paperanalyzes the necessity and the feasibility of developing computer generatingsystem for construction plan and construction command & control informationsystem. It also discusses the goal, function and structure of the system. The trialof construction command & control information system shows that the expectedresult has been preliminarily achieved.
