摘要 本文用人LSP抗原免疫C57BL/6小鼠共8周,复制成功实验性自身免疫性肝炎的动物模型。模型小鼠血清中均产生高滴度抗LSP抗体,其中90.9%小鼠有肝损害。取该模型小鼠脾淋巴细胞过继免疫正常同系小鼠,结果表明:致敏T淋巴细胞同样能复制出实验性自身免疫性肝炎模型。同时观察到中药龙胆泻肝汤和保元汤能降低抗LSP抗体滴度,前者还能防止肝脏病理损害。 We established a model of experimental autoimmune hepatitis (EAH) in mice by immunization with human liver specific lipoprotein (LSP). After being immunized with LSP for 8 weeks,90. 9% of experimental mice showed liver damage and all had high tilers of anti-LSP antibody in serun. We also found the adoptive transfer of T lymphocytes from EAH mice resulted in EAH in syngenic recipient mice. Histological changes and the role of cellular immunity involved in EAH were studied. Meanwhile,the effect of chinese herb on EAH was investigated. The results demonstrated that.Londan Xiegan Tang, a commonly used recipe of Chinese traditional medicine, could lower the level of anti-LSP antibody in serum and decrease injury of liver,showed effective treatment on EAH.
