摘要
用催化极谱法测定茶叶中痕量硒的条件是:温度在5℃/25℃时灵敏度最高;硒的浓度在2.44×10^(-4μ)g/ml～1.71×10^(-3μ)g/ml范围内线性最好;处理样品时高氯酸不能蒸干。
The conditions of determination of trace selenium by catalytic polarographic are given as follows: when the temperature being 5℃～25℃ the sensitivity is highest; when the concentration of selenium in ambit beingin the range of 2.44×10^(-4)μg/ml～1.71×10^(-3)μg/ml the linearity is best; In the process of treating sample the perchloric acid can not be dry to evarate.
