摘要
目的 研究并分析致痒蚤在云南省家鼠疫源地的媒介地位和流行病学意义。方法 通过鼠疫流行现场调查和实验室研究致痒蚤的分布范围、媒介作用的各项指标。结果 致痒蚤分布范围广泛 ,数量多 ,是云南省居民地区地面蚤的优势种 ,其媒介效能为 0 .0 3 3 ,集群传疫率为 94.4% ,对人吸血率为 10 0 % ,现场调查中从该蚤检出鼠疫菌。结论 致痒蚤在云南省鼠疫流行区可充当重要媒介角色 ,在某些地区起到了主要媒介的作用。
Objective In ordder to research and analyze the role Xenopsyllaa Cheopis as vector of rat in Yunnan plague natural foci and its epidemiological meaning.Methods To reaearch Xenopsylla Cheopis distribution area and vector role,etc.in the laboratory and fieldwork.Results Xenopsylla Cheopis is dominant flea and wide distribution in Yunnan province.its vector efficiency is 0.241,vector index is 0.033,colony infect rate is 94.4%,bloodsucking rate is 100%.Y.pestis is detected from Xenopsylla Cheopis in the fieldwork.Conclusions Xenopsylla Cheopis important vector in Yunnan and it is main vector role in some place of Yunnan province.
