摘要
本文报告应用ＣＴ扫描诊断的５０例眶爆裂骨折与鼻窦损伤病人的治疗经验。男性３８例，女性１２例；年龄７～５４岁，平均２６岁；撞击伤２７例（５４％），车祸１３例（２６％），跌伤５例（１０％）；单纯眶下壁骨折２３例，单纯眶内壁骨折５例，眶内、下壁复合骨折２２例，手术复位４４例，保守治疗６例，成功率９２％，失败率８％。本文就该病的发生机制、临床分型、手术适应证及手术方法进行讨论，认为早期诊断、早期治疗是此病获得治愈的关键。
Abstract The experience of dealing with 50 cases of blow-out fracture of the orbits associated with sinus injury diagnosed on the bases of CT scans were reported. Our patients population consisted of 38 males and 12 females ranging in age from 7 to 54 years. The causes were knock over 27(54.0%),road accident 13 (26.0%),fall over 5 (10.0%). The position of the orbit fracture were inferior wall 23; medial wall 5 and combined of both 2 2.Fourty-four were treated with surgery and the other 6 with conservetive medication , which resulted in a success rate of 9 2.0% and failed in 8.0%。 The mechanism and the different clinical types of blow-out fracture and the indications for exploration and the methods emploed by surgery were diseussed.Early diagnosis and eariy surgical exploration were emphasized.
