摘要
健康豚鼠34只分爆震1组、2组,链霉素组,庆大霉素组,多粘菌素B组和爆震对照1组、2组,链霉素和庆大霉素对照组及多粘菌素B对照组,应用扫描和透射电镜进行观察。发现氨基糖甙类抗生素和爆震主要引起暗细胞内小泡、大泡、线粒体和细胞内小体增多,在细胞表面附有许多脱落的耳石。各实验组在实验后期暗细胞和壁细胞表面的耳石较实验早期明显减少。氨基糖甙类抗生素对暗细胞的影响较爆震明显。壁细胞也有类似改变,但程度较轻。结果提示氨基糖贰类抗生素和爆震对豚鼠暗细胞和壁细胞组织结构无明显损伤,可使它们的代谢和功能增强。从而表示暗细胞和壁细胞是前庭器中不易受损的细胞。
Abstract An investigation of dark and wall cells in the vestibular apparatus on guinea pigs,which was injuried by ototoxic drugs and blast wave exposure,was studied by electrical microscope. The results showed that the number of pinocytotic vesicles,vacuoles,mitochondria and Yamane’s body increased in the dark cells of the experimental animals. The number of dislocated otolithes on the surface of the dark cells in the experimental animals was more than that of controls in the early period. These were similar changes in the wall cells,but the degree was slight.The effect of aminoglycoside antibiotics was more obvious than blast wave exposure on the vestibular dark and wall cells.Those results suggested that the structural changes of dark and wall cells were not obvious,when they were exposed to aminoglycoside antibiotics and blast wave.
