摘要
利用延伸的斜方肌肌皮瓣一期修复７例面部、颊部及舌体的缺损，均获成活。讨论了斜方肌肌皮瓣的设计及手术方法，认为此皮瓣具有蒂长、血供丰富、供皮区面积大、不损伤肩功能及胸部外形等优点，是修复颌面部缺损的最佳皮瓣之一。
Abstract One-stage reconstruction of maxillofacial defects by the use of the extended trapezius myocutaneous flaps in 7 patients were reported.There were 4 cases of maxillary sinus cancer,2 cases of fuccal cancer and 1 cases of tongue cancer. This flap has the advantages of long pedicle, good blood supply and large skin area. All flaps were taken with good results
