摘要
用小鼠荷重游泳试验作抗疲劳指标，用高脂饲料喂养小鼠以形成高脂血症模型，研究了刺梨汁及其及方的抗疲劳和降血清胆固醇的作用，并用碳粒廓清试验检测了刺梨汁对正常小鼠及免疫抑制小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响，结果表明：刺梨汁及其复方均有明显的抗疲劳（Ｐ＜０．０１）和降低血清胆固醇的作用（ｐ＜０．０５），并能提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫器官重量，而对小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能无明显影响。
he effects of Cili fruit juice and its compound
prescription on relieving fa-tigue and reducing cholesterol in blood serumwere studied in mice
and their ef-fects on nonspecific immunologic functions of normal and immunosuppressedmice
werc also tested.Results showed that Cili fruit juice and its compoundprescription had obvious
effects on relieving fatigue(P<0.01),reducingcholesterol in blood serum(P<0.05)and increasing
the weight of lymphoidorgans in immunosuppressed mice. But it had no obvious effects on
phagocyticfunction of macrophagesin mice.
