摘要
用ＩＣＰ等离子体发射光谱法对广州地区的年、少年、青年、成年和老年组男女健康人３９０例血清中的Ｂａ、Ｃｒ、Ｍｇ、Ｍｎ、Ｍｏ、Ｓｒ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ和Ｃａ等元素含量进行测定，求出各年龄组各元素的平均值和各种百分位数含量值，提出该地区宜用第５至第９５百分位数为元素含量的正常值范围．
The content of Ba, Cr, Mg, Mo, Sr, Zn, Fe, Cu and Ca et al elements in 390 cases of human serum of different ages were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), mean values and percentile contents of elements in human serum different ages were caculated, 5～95 percentile were provided for normal value range of the element content.
