摘要
21世纪,以高新技术为核心的知识经济已逐步占领经济发展的主导地位,人力资源的重要性将远高于以往任何时代;21世纪上半叶是中国实现社会主义现代化的关键机遇期,知识和人才更成为关键所在。因此,重温邓小平同志提出的"两个尊重"———尊重知识、尊重人才,探讨邓小平同志对待知识分子问题的现实理性主义超越,探讨在新知识经济时代我国知识分子的关键作用,无疑具有重要意义。
The knowledge economy taking high technology as the core are gradually occupying its leading position in economic development in 21century,and the importance of human resources rose sharply to the highest point.The first half of this century is the critical occasion in realizing socialist modernization in China,so knowledge and talented people become the key factors.Therefore it is significant to review Deng's 'two respects'——respecting knowledge and the talented people,to discuss the rational development in Deng's way of treating the intellectuals and the important role the intellectuals play in the period of knowledge economy.
