摘要
本文分析了教学研究成果的表现形式和特点,论述了对教学研究成果的评价原则。提出要根据教学研究成果的内涵特征进行界定,并将教育教学成果分为6种类型。要根据不同教学成果类型采用不同的评价标准和方法,进而对教师从事教育教学改革方面的创造性劳动及其成果予以公正、客观、科学的评价,为进一步丰富和完善教学研究成果评价体系奠定基础。
Based on an analysis of the forms and characteristics of teaching research results and an exposition of principles for assessing the results, this paper points out that teaching results should be defined according to their content and can be classified in six types and that different types of teaching results should be assessed by different standards and after different methods. Only in this way can teachers' creative work be evaluated fairly , objectively and scientifically and a good foundation be laid for further improvement of the assessment system of teaching research results.
