摘要
本文对八角环平面磨削力测试仪进行了理论分析,建立了其结构设计的精确理论数学模型。经过分析得出:八角环平面磨削力测试仪的刚度,固有频率和灵敏度等性能参数与测试仪的结构参数R、l、b、l有着相互矛盾的非线性关系。对此,进行了结构的优化设计。其设计结果使测试仪达到了较高的固有频率和刚度,同时又具有相应的灵敏度。
This paper makes a theoretical analysis of dynamometer for surface grinding of the octagon ring and establishes an accurate theoretical mathematical model for the design of its structure. The analysis shows that there is a conflicting non—linear relationship between structural parameters R、t、b、l and performance parameters such as hardness, inherent frequency and sensibility. To solve this problem, optimum design of the structure is made, which results in a higher inherent frequency and hardness as well as a corresponding sensibility.
