摘要
研究了低功率CO2激光诱导条件下,从水性溶液中沉积金属Ag物理化学过程,探讨了基材表面温度的变化规律与几个激光工艺参数相互关系。结合电子探针分析金属颗粒在激光束作用下基材表面的纵向沉积和横向沉积过程,得出结论,金属颗粒在环氧树脂基材表面的沉积过程是一个熔融和渗透的过程。在激光作用下,从溶液中还原出来的金属颗粒向基材内部垂直渗透并在表面堆积的同时,也在表面横向分布沉积。
The physical and chemical processes on CO_2 laser-induced deposition of metal Ag from aqueous solution were researched. The relationship between temperature of substrate surface and some laser parameters (such as laser speed, laser power and thickness of solution etc.) and the process of metal deposition along horizontal and longitudinal orientation were discussed. It is concluded that the Ag granules deoxidized in solution infiltrated into substrate while depositing on surface of substrate.
