摘要
论述了一种新型的智能控制方法———刹车控制在制浆造纸工业中的应用。采用刹车控制来解决打浆功率控制系统中被控对象存在的非线性问题、磨浆机的工作电流波动剧烈且相对于控制量惯性和纯滞后时间较大而不易控制的问题 ,最终达到对打浆度快速、平稳的控制效果。
This paper presents a new intelligent control method—Brake Control and discusses its application in papermaking industry. According to the nonlinear problem of control object and the system property of poor stability and rapidity, working current of the refiner fluctuates severely in the refining power control system, Brakes Control is used to control the beating degree by controlling the refiner current. It is proved that Brakes Control can achieve fast and stable control effect.
