摘要
通过对出口美国阳极的质量要求特点及生产中存在的难点分析,对美国阳极如何降低空气渗透率进行研究。根据阳极的空气渗透率小型试验为基础,制定了一个科学的控制方案。生产出口阳极空气渗透率指标远远优于国内阳极,达到出口美国合同要求。
On the basis of the analysis of quality requirements of carbon anodes exported to USA and the problems existed in production, a strategy to decrease the air permeability of exported carbon anodes is proposed and developed. The lab scale tests have been conducted, leading to a feasible scheme for controlling the air permeability of anodes precisely and conveniently. With the developed strategy, it is possible to produce high quality anodes with satisfactory air permeability that can meet the strict requirements set in the export contract.
