摘要
江苏洪泽地区的钻井施工中 ,容易造成以盐敏、水敏和水锁为主、固相损害次之的油层伤害 ,因此 ,提高钻井液的抑制防塌性、维持井壁稳定 ,保证在低密度下钻井及做好屏蔽暂堵工作、减少对储层的损害 ,提高钻井液的矿化度 ,减小盐敏损害是钻井液技术关键。选用甲酸盐聚合物不分散钻井液进行施工。现场应用表明 ,该体系在化学护壁、保持井壁稳定的前提下 ,降低钻井液密度至 1.0 8g/cm3 ,增强了钻井液的抑制性 ,提高了滤液矿化度 ,并结合屏蔽暂堵保护油层技术 ,使油层渗透率恢复值达 90 %以上 ,且井眼规则 ,提高了电测、固井的一次成功率。
During drilling in Hongze Area of Jiangsu Province, the formation damage is mainly caused by salt sensitivity, water sensitivity and water locking, so the key drilling fluid techniques need to focus on increasing the fluid inhibitive and anti-caving ability, using temporary plugging technology to minimize potential damage to the formation, increasing the drilling fluid salinity and redu cing the sensitive damages.The non-dispersed formate/polymer drilling fluid was employed. Field using showed that, on the premise of chemical protecting and sustaining the hole in stable state, the drilling fluid density was lowered to 1.08g/cm 3. The drilling fluid inhibitive ability was improved, and the salinity was increased also. Incorporated with shielding and temporary plugging technology, the permeability recovery reac hed to higher than 90 %.A regular borehole was achieved, which is good for the success ratios of logging and cementing.
