摘要 针对油田过去使用的降失水剂配制的水泥浆稠、流变性差、不利于现场泵送和失水量大、加量不易控制、抗高温性能差等缺点 ,研究并开发了一种聚合物降失水剂M83S。M83S是一种多羟基的化学交联聚合物 ,由于分子链中无离子型官能团 ,吸附基团间不存在静电斥力 ,易形成多点吸附的单分子膜 ,水泥颗粒表面对M83S分子的吸附量非常小 ,因此起降失水作用的是水泥浆液相中的聚合物颗粒。该降失水剂在低温下不溶解 ,流变性好 ,易泵送 ,抗高温和降失水性能都非常理想 ,抗温在 12 0℃以上 ,失水量在 30mL以下 ,形成的薄膜具有一定的韧性 ,有利于水泥浆在候凝过程中防止油、气、水窜槽 ,经在 70 0多井次的各类注水泥作业中应用 ,施工顺利 ,固井质量合格率取得了 99.0 A polymer filtration reducer M83S was developed in attempt to avoid defects of common cement slurry caused by conventional filtrate reducer such as high consistency, poor rheological property, difficult bumping, high filtrate volume, sensitive to additive's addition and poor property at high temperature.M83S is a polymer with many hydroxyl groups produced by chemical cross linking reaction. Because no ionic functional groups exist in the molecule chain, there is no electrostatic repulsion between adsorbing groups, and multi-points adsorbing unimolecular film is easy to form. As the film is adsorbed very little by cement particles surface, it is the polymer particles that work as filtration reducer. The reducer is insoluble at low temperature, making the slurry in good rheological condition to be bumped in easily; the additive performances ideal thermal stability(temperature as high as 120 ℃) and filtrati on property(filtrate as lowas 30 mL). The film formed possesses certain toughness to prevent oil/gas/water channeling during the slurry waiting-on-cement period. Cementing in over 700 wells were very good with the qualification rate reaches 99.03%.
