摘要
采用后交联技术,在滴加有机硅单体前调节反应体系的pH值,控制有机硅氧烷的水解,合成硅含量高达30%的自交联硅丙乳液。对该乳液进行交联度测定、红外光谱和粒径分析,证实了交联反应的发生。性能测试表明,提高硅含量极大地增强了聚合物的稳定性、耐水性、耐溶剂性和热稳定性。
By use of after-crosslinking technology, a 30% of silicone self - crosslinkable silicone modified acrylic emulsion has been developed with control of pH value of the system and the hydrolysis of siloxane. Determination of crosslinking density of the emulsion, IR and particle size analysis have proved the presence of crosslinking reaction. The test results have shown that increase of silicone content will greatly enhance the stability, water resistance, solvent resistance and thermal stability of polymers.
