摘要
介绍国际上常用的五种织物透湿测试方法ASTME 96水正杯法与倒杯法、日本JISL10 99干燥剂倒杯法、ASTMF2 2 98动态透湿测试法及ISO 110 92出汗热盘法 ,并对其测试条件、测试结果及其相关性进行了对比。其中正杯法与DMPC动态法有非常好的相关性 ,倒杯干燥剂法与出汗热盘法有较好的负相关性。应根据产品实际用途选择测试方法 ,以使测试数据具有实用意义。
Five standard test methods were introduced f or water vapour transmission ,they were the ASTM E 9 upright and inverted cup tes t, the Japan JIS L 1099 desiccant inverted cup test ,the ASTM F2298 the dynamic moisture test and the ISO 11092 sweating hot plate test. Their test conditions , test dates and correlation coefficients were compared. The upright cup and the DMPC methods were very highly correlated, the desiccant inverted cup method and the sweating hot plate method had a fine negative correlation coefficient. Final ly it pointed out that the apparel manufacturers should independent the end use of their products to select the test method so that the measuring data were mean ingful.
