摘要
结合国产CY61 0 2BZLQ柴油机的应用开发 ,试验研究了喷油系统供油提前角对柴油机性能指标及排放指标的影响。结果表明 :喷油正时对柴油机的有害排放物特别是NOX 的排放影响较大 ,在一定范围内 ,推迟喷油始点可以有效降低排放 ,并且不会导致烟度显著上升、经济性下降、燃烧恶化的现象 ,综合考虑了各个指标后得出 ,CY61 0 2BZLQ柴油机的最佳提前角为 8°曲轴转角。
Based on the development of model CY6102BZLQ diesel,this paper presents a study of effect of the injection advance angle on exhaust emissions and performance of the diesel. The results show that the injection timing has a great effect on the harmful exhaust emissions,especially on NO X. Within limited scope, injection delay can effectively reduce the exhaust emissions and will not lead to a deterioration of exhaust smoke,economic performance and combustion process.Considering comprehensive parameters,CY6102BZLQ diesel’s optimum injection advance angle is 8°CA。
