摘要
从电子政务标准化技术参考模型入手,结合面向Web的分布式多层应用体系结构和电子政务公共服务的需求和现状,对该参考模型进行改进、扩展和细化,构建一种新型的电子政务公共服务架构体系,使该新型架构体系更贴近实际建设和具有实际指导意义。
In this paper, E-government standardization reference model is first discussed. Then the thought for the distributed and multilayer system for Web application is adopted to improve the model, as well as the present situation and demand of government public service are well concerned. All these lead to the new public service framework for E-government. And this new framework is more helpful in practice.
