摘要
本文通过分析住宅装修“超支”的原因和危害,提出在住宅装修中,业主正确的心态、科学合理的预算、设计行业的正确引导是预防和控制“超支”的有效方法,并能促使住宅装修行业打破市场“潜规则”,寻求健康的发展途径。
This paper analyses the reasons and harm of overspend in the house decoration , and puts forward that the correct mind of the house owner, the budget of scientific and reasonable, and the right direct in the trade of design during the course of house decoration are the effective methods of prevent and control the overspend. And all of these can also impel the trade of house decoration to smash the hidden regulation in the in the marketplace and explore the healthy development methods.
