摘要
目的:为了解女性外阴部增生性皮损的病种分类及其临床特征。方法:对813例女性外阴部皮损的临床和实验室检查作回顾性分析。结果:813例中发现各种皮肤病12种,其中与性接触传播密切相关的有尖锐湿疣、梅毒和传染性软疣(占67.04％)。结论:女性外阴部增生性皮损在诊断时应注意各种疾病的鉴别,特别是性传播疾病。
Objective:To study the categories of disease and clinical characteristics of vular hyper-plastic lesions. Methods: The clinical characteristic and laboratory examination of 813 cases with vular hyperplastic lesions were reviewed. Results:The results showed that among all 12 kinds of diseases, sexually transmitted diseases (STD) such as condyloma acuminatum, syphilis and molluscum contagio-sum were 67.4% . Conclusion: Caution should be taken to differentiate diagnosis in vular hyperplastic lesions and screening for STD is important.
