摘要
从职工董事、监事工作的基本状况及其分析中可以得出 :当前 ,制约职工董事、监事发挥作用的一个重要因素是职工董事、监事的素质不高。为此 ,需要从职工董事、监事的地位与作用 ,职责和权限的高度 ,去研究职工董事、监事的素质构成 ,并提出职工董事、监事应具备的素质结构和知识结构。
We draw a conclusion and an analysis from the basic conditions of the workers' sitting in the board of directors & board of supervisors: at present, an important factor of limiting the role of the workers' sitting in the board of directors & board of supervisors is their low quality So, we need to study their component of quality and put forward a quality and knowledge structure that they should possess
