摘要
本文用气囊法测压观察了60例正常人及30例十二指肠球部溃疡患者的上消化道腔内压力,包括LESP,GP,EBP,UESP,GEPG,LESP—GP及食管蠕动传导速度。发现DU患者LESP低于正常人,LESP—GP高于正常人,其余指标两组无明显差异。服西沙比利后两组LESP,GP,UE-SP及食管传导速度均升高。GEPG均降低。正常人的LESP/GP亦降低,其余压力指标两组在服药前后均无明显差异。
Upper gastrointestinal luminal pressure of 60 normals and 30 duode-
nal bulb ulcers were measured using balloon manometer. The LESP. GP, EBP, UE-
SP, GEPG, LESP-GP and esophageal transient time were also measured. The results
show that the LESP of duodenal ulcer patients are lower than normal, but there are
no differences in the other results. After taken cisapride, the LESP. GP, UESP, and
esophageal transient time are increased in both group, but the GEPG decreased. The
LESP/GP in normals are also decreased. There are no significant differences in the re-
maining results in both groups before or after taking cisapride.
