摘要 应用微血管铸型技术和扫描电镜观察豚鼠耳蜗底周微血管解剖结构,得到了耳蜗血管的三维空间结构图象。耳蜗底周微的血管与其他3周不同,其前1/3段和其他周极为相似,其血液供应来自耳蜗主动脉。较低的一段可见从一动脉主干分出许多放射状动脉,而后段则由前庭耳蜗动脉的分支供应。 This paper studied the vascular anatomy of the basal turn in cochlea of guinea pig-Using the microcorrosion technique and scanning election microscopy(SEM.) , we have obtained an overall three-dimensional spatial picture of the cochlear vessels. The vascular system of the basal turn differs from that of the other three turns. The vasculature of the anterior 1/3 part of basal turn is very similar to that of the other three turns, where the blood supply comes from spiral modialar artery. The middle part of basal turn has several radiating arterioles which originate from a single stem artery,while the po'sterial portion is supplied by an arterial branch of the vestibulo-cochlear artery.
