摘要
撒切尔夫人执政时期,积极推行私有化政策,在英国掀起了声势浩大的私有化运动。在80年代,英国私有化政策经历了一个由试验性私有化向系统私有化转变的过程。作为战略性的私有化政策,是不成功的货币主义经济政策的替代品。
During the period of Thatcher administration, a huge privatization movement surged up in Britain. In the 1980s, the British policy of privatization underwent a transitional period from trial privatization to systematic privatization. As a strategic privatization policy, it is an unsuccessful substitute for the economic policy of monetarism.
