摘要
本实验采用7具新鲜尸体腰骶椎测量其完整时、椎板切除加小关节部分切除和全切除后的屈伸活动度。结果表明,随着后部结构切除量的增加,腰椎各节段和总的屈伸活动度均逐渐增加,且有显著或非常显著之统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。因此,对于广泛的后部结构切除手术应严格掌握指征以防止手术后腰椎不稳。
Seven lumbo-sacral spines of fresh cadaver were used to study the mobility of flexion-extension in normal, and in case of lamineetomy with partial and total facetectomy. The results indicated that the mobility in each segment and the whole lumbar spine gradually got larger with the increased extent of the resected posterior structure (P<0.05 or 0.01). It is suggested accordingly that wide resection of posterior structure should be cautiously applied so as to avoid the postoperative instability of the lumabar spine.
