摘要
根据知识经济时代的要求,我国建筑企业应进行以建筑业所有制结构的调整、领导体制改革的企业制度创新。实行多元化经营、规模经营、资本经营、履约经营、国际经营等的经营管理创新。建立自身科技开发机制和学习、引进、消化国外最新科技成果的科技创新。树立企业精神、企业文化和企业品牌的企业形象创新。
According to the demands of knowledge-based economy era, our country's construction firm should begin the innovation which includes the adjustment of ownership, the reform of the leader system. And also we should enforce the innovation of running management which involves multi-management, big-scale management, capital management, carry-out contract management and international management. The construction firms are also supposed to set up exploring system. They should study, import, and make use of the latest technology abroad. Last but not the least, they should foster company spirits, company culture and company appearance.
