摘要
在当今国际贸易实践中,原产地规则发挥着日益重要的作用,已成为影响国家对外经济发展的重要制约因素。我国原产地规则存在许多不足,应加以完善。
In the current international trade practice, source producing area rules are playing an increasingly important role and has become an important factor that will affect a country's international economic development. There exist lots of shortcomings in our country's source producing area rules that need to be perfected.
