摘要
目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏治疗慢性直肠炎疗效。方法 :于 1 998年～ 2 0 0 0年对 80例患有慢性直肠炎病人 ,采用湿润烧伤膏局部外涂 ,观察病人使用前后炎症的变化及愈后情况。结果 :直肠粘膜充血、出血、糜烂现象基本消失 ,痊愈时间最短为 6天 ,最长为 2 3天 ,无一例因外涂湿润烧伤膏引起直肠粘膜感染 ,且愈后无功能障碍。结论 :湿润烧伤膏对慢性直肠炎有良好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating chronic rectitis. Method: 80 cases of this disease were treated locally with MEBO. Changes in the inflammation area before and after wound healing were inspected . Result: Congestion, bleeding and erosion of the rectal mucosa vanished. The shortest healing time was 6 days and the longest 23 days. No wound infection and no functional disturbance occurred. Conclusion: MEBO has very good efficacy in treating chronic restitis.
