溴分子和溴离子配合物的稳定常数和摩尔吸光系数的测定

摘要 提出用分光光度法测定溴分子和溴离子形成配合物的稳定常数和摩尔吸光系数,在λ=260nm 处测得ε实验=2.032×103,ε计算=2. 033×103.分光光度法测得的稳定常数为12. 8(离子强度),与气-液平衡法测得结果相近. In this paper,a method is proposed for determining the stability constant and molar absorptivity of bromine and bromide complex by spectrophotometry.At λ=260nm,the molar absorptivity,ε_(exp),is determined to be 2. 032×10~3 and the calculation value,ε_(eal),is 2. 033×10~3. The stability constant spectrophotometrically determined is 12. 8(ionic strength),Which is in agreement with that obtained from vapor-liquid e-quilibrium method.
