摘要
目的 探讨用高铁氰化钾法消除血清总胆红素对测定血清总蛋白结果的影响。方法 分别用液体和干化学法测定血清不同浓度总胆红素对血清总蛋白的影响。结果 高浓度胆红素使液体双缩脲法测定TP结果偏低,结果差异显著。结果 高浓度胆红素血清标本总蛋白结果降低,当加入40mmol/L K3Fe(CN)6时能纠正其对TP结果的影响。
Objective To investigate eliminating the influence of total bilirubin in measuring total protein with K3Fe(CN)6. Methods Using biuret reagent to study the influence of different concentration total bilirubin in measuring total protein with fluid and dry chemical method. Results Total protein concentration decreased with fluid biuret method when high concentration bilirubin in serum, results were significant. Conclusion Corrected the influence of measuring total protein when high concentration total bilirubin in serum using 40mmol/L K3Fe(CN)6.
