摘要
卒中损害呼吸中枢或其传导通路 ,可导致不同模式的呼吸障碍 ,加重脑损害。文章从中枢性呼吸障碍的临床表现、类型以及脑部病变部位的鉴别等方面对卒中所致的中枢性呼吸障碍作一综述。
Respiratory cent er or its pathway lesion after stroke may lead to different patterns of respirat ory dysfunction and aggravate the cerebral lesion. This article reviews stroke- associated central respiratory dysfunction from its clinical manifestation, its patterns and the differentiation of the location in brain lesions.
