摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP2)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP9)与子宫内膜癌的侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测121例子宫内膜癌患者的子宫内膜癌组织中MMP2及MMP9的表达熏并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果子宫内膜癌组织中MMP2及MMP9表达显著高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.01),MMP2及MMP9强阳性表达率与手术病理分期、肌层浸润、病理分级及有无淋巴转移有关。结论MMP2及MMP9与子宫内膜癌的侵袭和转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP2 and MMP9 in endometrial carcinoma and its relation to the tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods MMP2 and MMP9 were detected in tissue specimens by immunohistochemical method in 121 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results In endometrial carcinoma, the expression of MMP2 and MMP9 were increased significantly as comparing with normal endometrium(P<0.01). Expression of MMP2 and MMP9 were significantly correlated with myometrial invasion and tumor grade. Conclusion MMP2 and MMP9 may have an important role in the invasion mechanism of endometrial carcinomas.
