汽车侧面碰撞试验用吸能材料研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着我国汽车安全性研究的不断发展和国内汽车碰撞试验水平的提高,有关汽车侧面碰撞安全性的法规也开始准备颁布实施。本文根据欧洲侧撞法规ECER95,对汽车侧面碰撞用吸能材料进行了大量的研究工作。通过对标准铝蜂窝和多种吸能材料力学特性的研究,建立用于汽车侧面碰撞模拟计算的移动可变形壁障(MDB)的模型,并通过模型验证自行开发的侧撞吸能结构的动态特性。 With the development of vehicle passive safety research and the improvement of the vehicle impact test methods,the side impact regulation will be brought into effect soon in China.Based on the ECE R95,a lot of researches of the energy absorbing structure used in side impact tests have been carried out in this paper.In addition,with these researches based on the mechanical character of the aluminum honeycomb,a MDB computer model has been built up for the simulation computing.Also,the dynamic characteristics of a new energy absorbing structure are tested with the model.
