摘要
模拟视频的数字化压缩并通过网络传输是目前视频远程传输技术发展的一个方向。基于MPEG 2的网络编解码器有着图像清晰、延时小的优点,适用于交通等需进行远距离高质量监控的场合,采用Directshow技术设计的软解压软件可在局域网内任一安装windows平台的计算机上播放实时图像。
Video over IP is one direction to the development of video long-range transmitting technique at present.The unique aspect of the video coder and decoder based on MPEG-2 is high definition of the picture and little delay time,and it is suitable for high quality long-range inspection.The soft-decoder software designed by Directshow technology can playback the real-time picture on any PC run Windows on the LAN.
