摘要
针对生产车间加工工艺过程的复杂性,信息量大且动态变化的特点,采用先进的信息技术和计算机技术,开发了面向CIMS的车间制造执行系统,该系统能及时反映出车间动态的生产信息,实现了车间生产能力的平衡与初步作业编排,同时连接了企业上层生产计划和车间制造过程。
Aiming at the characteristic of complicated machining technics and lots of variational infor- mation in the workshop, The workshop manufacturing execution system for CIMS is empoldered making use of the advanced IT and computer technology. This system can reflect production information in time、 balance the manufacture power and arrange prepa- ratory program on work, also connect enterprise program with manufacturing process.
