摘要
传统的电解槽预焙烧方法对电解槽寿命的影响很大 ,为延长电解槽的寿命 ,提出了燃料直接焙烧启动法 ,并设计其控制系统。该控制系统以PLC为核心 ,并采用基于专家控制器的PID算法。应用结果表明 ,该方法克服传统方法的缺点 ,为提高电解铝生产技术提供了一种切实可行的方案。
Traditional methods of prebaked-electrolytic-tank do great harm to life of electrolytic-tank.in order to extend the life of electrolytic-tank,fuel-direct-bake method is proposed,the control system is also designed.The control system is based on PLC,the control algorithm is PID based on the expert controller.The result shows that the method could overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods,a feasible project to improve the technology of electrolytic aluminium is presented.
