摘要
结合粉末生产工艺特点介绍在质量管理体系中如何识别生产过程中的特殊过程以及特殊过程的控制方法。特殊过程在产品实现过程中 ,特别是在加工制造行业的生产过程中是一个重要的过程 ,管理者应根据标准的要求对生产工艺中的特殊过程予以识别、评审 ,对过程进行严格控制和控制效果的确认 ,以保证产品质量得到科学的控制。
Taking a metal powder production system as the example, the special process disc rimination out of production processes in quality management system and the spe cial process control measures are described. The special process plays an impor t ant role during the product accomplishment, especially for the manufacturing ent erprises, so it should be discriminated and evaluated, and strictly controlled b y the managers, and the controlling effects should be identified, in order to en sure the quality of the product being scientifically controlled.
