摘要
利用有限元法对枢轴宝石轴承的接触应力进行对比分析 ,完成了结构参数的优选设计 ,通过高速摩擦磨损机试验验证其在高速下的有效性。研究表明 ,与球头半径小于球窝半径的传统型枢轴宝石轴承相比 ,新型双弧面球头结构不仅可大幅度降低接触应力 ,减小 pv值 ,同时可克服高速运行时带来的二次磨料磨损问题 ;随着双弧面中心半径从小至大的变化 ,接触应力呈现出由小至大 ,再由大至小的变化过程 ;球头双弧面相交圆直径增大 ,球头的接触应力呈下降变化趋势。
A double arcs pivot jewel bearing was developed to run at high speed. The contact stress of 3 type pivot jewel bearings was calculated by the aid of finite element method, and furthermore the bearing structures were optimized. The results show that the new double arcs jewel bearing has the lowest contact stress, so the pv value can be decreased greatly. As the center radius increased, the variations of contact stress values are from low to high, and then from high to low. As the diameter of intersection circle of the double arcs increased, the contact stress values vary from high to low. The new bearing is verified to has an excellent tribological property by high speed rotational experiments,the abrasive wear can be overcame, and the wear rate can get a lower level.
