摘要
随着中国金融进一步开放，人民币汇率制度将面临固定汇率制和浮动汇率制的选择困境。本文通过对选择困境的深入分析，提出渐进改革、建立互助经济合作组织等政策，在保障国家经济安全的前提下，不断推进金融开放。
In the course of capital account liberalization, the PRC will be faced with predicament of choosing exchange rate arrangement. After thoroughly analyzing the predicament, this paper puts forward some steps such as reforming gradually, founding cooperative economic organization etc. In a word, we should base the open up of the PRC finance on the safety of our nation's economy.
