摘要
将 6 0例常年性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为中药治疗组 (30例 )和西药对照组 (30例 ) ,前者以益气温阳活血中药煎剂进行治疗 ,后者服用抗组胺药治疗 ,疗程均为 2周。观察比较治疗结束后即刻和停药 1个月后的临床疗效 ,以及对鼻分泌物涂片中嗜酸粒细胞计数结果的影响。结果 :治疗结束时 ,治疗组总有效率为 70 0 % ,对照组总有效率为 93 3% ;停药 1个月后 ,治疗组总有效率仍达 5 3 3% ,对照组总有效率则降为 2 3 3% ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。提示益气温阳活血中药治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效明显 ,且疗效持续时间较长。
Sixty cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were randomized i nto two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by “Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Decoction” and control group in which another 30 cases were treated by antihistamines, with a course of two weeks. The clinical effects instant after t reatment and 1-month after treatment were observed respectively; and eosinophil count in smear of nasal secretion was detected. Results: Instant after treatmen t, the total effective rate was 70.0% in treatment group and 93.3% in control g roup; one-month after treatment, the total effective rate was 53.3% in treatmen t group and 23.3% in control group, with a marked difference (P<0.05). It is revealed this Decoction works excellently on perennial allergic rhinitis for a longer time.
