中压加氢改质生产乙烯装置原料的试验

摘要 中压加氢改质尾油氢含量高,BMCI值低,芳烃含量少,是乙烯装置的优质原料。模拟装置蒸汽裂解的试验表明,乙烯,丙烯和丁二烯收率分别为33.49%,15.58%和6.36%。通过结焦的测试和预测,裂解炉辐射段和余热锅炉运转周期可达45天,裂解炉对流段不会结焦。 The unconverted oil from moderate-pressure hydrocracker,characterized by high hydrogen content, low BMCI value and low aromaticity,is excellent feedstock for ethylene plant.The modeling of steam cracking tests indicated that the yields of ethylene,propylene and butadiene were 33.49%,15.58% and 6.36% respectively.Based upon the measurement and prediction of coking,the operation cycle of the radiation section of the cracking furnace and the waste heat boiler can be as long as 45 days,while coking in the convection section of the cracking furnace can he eliminated.
